I wanted to take the opportunity to email you about one of your realtors, Wendy Smith. My husband and I were residents of Eagleville, Tennessee. For the past year, we have been living in the country of Malta. Our plan is to move back to the area so we decided to purchase land at 0 Allisona Road, Eagleville, TN 37060.
We knew purchasing land in America while we were in Malta was going to be a challenge but all of the issues that came along over the last several months were quickly and professionally handled by Wendy.
We had a seller of the property that was difficult to work with but thankfully we had a realtor who understood how passionate we were about purchasing this property and Wendy was able to maneuver through the hurdles the seller kept throwing our way. While Darren and I on several occasions threw our hands in the air and had come to the realization we were not going to be able to acquire this land, Wendy was always there with her cool head and patient strategy to make this purchase possible.
